What is a Client ID or PID Number?

When you are involved with AR DOC Supervision payments, it is essential for probation officers to provide you with a Personal Identification number, commonly referred to as a PID number. This unique identifier is crucial as it allows you to access your information on the Correct pay system, enabling you to conveniently search for your account and manage your supervision fees.

The PID number serves as a secure method for you to log in and check your payment status, ensuring that you remain informed about your obligations. By using this number, you can easily navigate the Correct pay platform, making it straightforward to pay your supervision fees on time and stay compliant with the terms of your probation. This process not only helps you keep track of your payments but also facilitates smoother communication between you and your probation officer regarding your financial responsibilities.

What happens if I am flagged as fraud and cannot pay through DOC’s website?

There could be a number of reasons which prevent a deposit/payment from being processed.  Following are a few steps which can be taken:

  1. A transaction may be declined, due to a restriction caused by a chargeback.  Messaging for this circumstance would appear on www.accesscorrections.com, when attempting the transaction.  This information may also be conveyed through the 24/7 call center.  A depositor can call 866-345-1884 and speak with a live agent.  The amount causing the restriction can be satisfied by submitting a money order.  The call center agent can provide P.O. Box information as well as any details for processing a money order.  A $25.00 reinstatement fee will be added to the existing restriction amount.

How do I fix a flagged account?
