What is a Client ID or PID Number?
When you are involved with AR DOC Supervision payments, it is essential for probation officers to provide you with a Personal Identification number, commonly referred to as a PID number. This unique identifier is crucial as it allows you to access your information on the Correct pay system, enabling you to conveniently search for your account and manage your supervision fees.
The PID number serves as a secure method for you to log in and check your payment status, ensuring that you remain informed about your obligations. By using this number, you can easily navigate the Correct pay platform, making it straightforward to pay your supervision fees on time and stay compliant with the terms of your probation. This process not only helps you keep track of your payments but also facilitates smoother communication between you and your probation officer regarding your financial responsibilities.
Why can’t I upload my ID?
If you’re having trouble uploading a valid photo identification to your account, we can assist you in uploading your State Identification card, Military Identification card, Passport, or Driver’s license to your Correct Pay account. Please send a copy of your Identification to [email protected].
What if I can’t pay my supervision fee by electronic means?
Please reach out to your Supervision Officer for information about making a personalized payment with an alternative method.
What are all the options to pay my required supervision fees?
You can visit the Access Portal for Payment and make a payment online. You can also deposit by phone by calling 855-836-3364 and follow the prompts to complete your payment.
The CorrectPay system is only equipped to process $35 payments at the lowest due to security policies set in by AR DOC.
