Dr. Femina Varghese of UCA and Dr. Nick Zaller of UAMS delivered two televisions and treatment curricula that included manuals, workbooks, and DVDs to ACC Probation and Parole Treatment Services on Thursday February 3, 2022.  The donation was made possible by  a mini grant awarded to UCA on behalf of the community partner on the Interdisciplinary Research Leadership (IRL) Project on which Ben Udochi represented ACC as the community partner.  UCA, UAMS, and ACC served as the Arkansas Team on the national IRL Project that included 15 states and was sponsored by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.  Arkansas Team’s focus was the study of effectiveness of the use of telehealth in the delivery of behavioral health services. The 3-year project concluded in December 2021.  ACC is grateful for the donation from UCA.
