The Board conducts Transfer Hearings at every unit within the Department of Corrections. Transfer Hearings are separate from the monthly Board meetings and Victim Input Hearings. For information on attending a Transfer Hearing in support of the offender, please contact the unit where the offender is assigned. In addition, the Board generally holds two Victim Input hearings and two Board meetings each month. Board meetings and Victim Input hearings take place in the Richard Lee Richardson Auditorium at the Department of Corrections headquarters located at 1302 Pike Avenue, North Little Rock, AR 72114.
